Free Worldwide Shipping For All Orders.

Our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted.  Normally it takes around 10-15 working days to produce and will be ready to be shipped the following working day.  If you need your order sooner than that, please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We ship internationally via EMS International.  For most countries, international shipping takes 5 to 10 business working days for delivery.  Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.  You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.  Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  We are also not responsible for any shipping delays due to uncontrollable events or unforeseen natural circumstances.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.  However, please contact us with any issues and we will do our best to assist you.

Please also note that local customs, import duties and other fees levied by the receiving country may incur and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders:

All sales completed on our website are final.  Listed price is final price.  For orders placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm.  By ordering on our website, you understand each item’s descriptions and agree to our shipping policy and our terms and conditions as stated.  

Our handmade pieces and materials are expected to have natural variations.

As a small independent brand, we regrettably are not able to process returns and exchanges.  In the unlikely event that the pieces are defective, we will be happy to offer you credits for future purchase.  All claims regarding defective goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods. 

If you would like to make a change to your order, we would be happy to help as long as your order has not been shipped.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to make those changes.
